Is Cash Today a lender?
No. Cash Today is a free comparison and referral service. We match you with NCR-registered credit providers, who then make you an offer directly. Your loan agreement is always with the lender, not with us — so questions about an existing loan should go to your lender.
How much does your service cost?
Nothing. Cash Today is completely free for you. We earn a commission from lenders when you take out a loan through us, and that never affects the rate or terms you're offered.
I applied for a loan — who do I contact about it?
Once you proceed with a lender, your application and loan agreement are handled by that lender. For anything about an existing or pending loan — payments, balances, documents — please contact the lender directly using the details on their website or your agreement.
How do I report a problem or give feedback?
Email us at support@cashtoday.co.za and we'll reply within one business day. We welcome feedback about our website and service, and we take reports of suspicious lenders seriously.
Are you affiliated with the National Credit Regulator?
No. We are an independent service that only works with NCR-registered lenders. The NCR is South Africa's official credit regulator — if you have a complaint about a credit provider or need help with over-indebtedness, contact the NCR on 0860 627 627 or visit ncr.org.za.
